The breakfast was good! The shower was really nice! It was clean! The location was close to a lot of stuff!

Breakfast was good. Waffles were amazing. The location was perfect, it is not directly on the strip which is great because traffic is super busy on the main strip but it is one street over still being very close to everything which is perfect. Pool was clean! Rooms were clean and spacious! They hav smart TVs and offer some FREE streaming apps.

The location was perfect! Some attractions could be walked to, if not just a short car ride or you could catch the trolley. Buildings and grounds were very clean, staff friendly and helpful

Check in was easy-front desk clerk polite. Public areas and back patio appealing. Location was fine.

Very clean, beds was some of the best beds we have ever slept on in a hotel. Breakfast was good. They only make one batch of pancake mix a day so once it’s out it’s out. Hot tub was wonderful has a beautiful area to sit and have a glass of wine or play cards. It’s just right behind the Christmas Inn so very convenient to everything! This is the new hotel we will stay at when visiting Pigeon Forge

The room was clean and neat. All shampoo, soap, etc. were provided. Two tvs, one for the bedroom and one for the living room. Food, drinks or snacks were there for residents to purchase as a meal or night time snack.

This property was newer than a lot of properties in Pigeon Forge. From the lobby to the rooms everything was very clean and well cared for. The staff was very friendly and greeted guests as they came and went.
